The property is accessed by a double entrance through two separate automatic gates, which open onto the two driveways that parallel the property.
As you enter, your gaze is lost on the vast garden in front of the trulli complex in the succession of centuries-old olive trees, Mediterranean scrub, fruit trees and walkways of natural stone slabs leading to an extensive terrace where you can enjoy the private swimming pool with stone changing room/shower, the large solarium with gazebo, sunbeds and seating: a space where you can let yourself go and savor the sweet passing of time, experience and enjoy the magic of a relaxing reading or an aperitif by the pool with your gaze turned to the reddish color of the earth, the natural sculptures of the olive trees, the dry stone walls that mark the boundaries of the property, the immense infinity where the trulli with their eleven cones enter the scene to offer a unique emotion.
An additional large gazebo, adjacent to the trulli complex, is available as a living/dining area and kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction plate, sink, wood-burning oven and barbecue, for living and enjoying summer days and evenings outdoors.
In a private courtyard of the complex, you can enjoy a soak in the hot tub and relax in the lounge area shaded by a gazebo.
The main entrance of the trulli provides access to a large living room connected to the modern and well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, wine cellar), a TV lounge, the three double bedrooms (Ulivo, Melograno, Mandorlo), an additional single loft bedroom (Granaio) and the three bathrooms, as well as a second lounge with study/work table, with independent access.
The master bedroom “Mandorlo” has an “en suite” bathroom, large shower in the ante-bathroom, safe, and private and independent access to the courtyard where the Jacuzzi and relaxation area are located.
The property is equipped with air conditioning system and in its indoor and outdoor spaces with free WIFI.
